Set in the heart of the landscape, the Dutch Barn has been converted from agricultural use.

The original barn is thought to have been constructed in the 1950’s and is of a standard modular Bolton and Paul design.

The challenge was to retain the quality and nature of the original building at the same time as providing a comfortable and efficient dwelling.
